These Terms are written in English and are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. QQPH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the qqph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
QQPH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and witholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
By registering, you declare and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one registered account on the qqph platform. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. QQPH will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact qqph support.
Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified qqph of unauthorised access and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.
As required by applicable regulations, qqph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts. You may be asked to provide government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. KYC documents may be requested at any time, not only during your first withdrawal.
An account that has not had any login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. QQPH may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after notifying the account holder via the registered email address. Remaining balances after fees will be preserved for a further period before being handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
QQPH accepts deposits in Philippinesos (₱) only. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder.
Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to someone other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the qqph account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
QQPH aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya transfers are typically completed within a few hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one business day.
All transactions on the qqph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PHP. QQPH does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Withdrawals can only be processed once your account KYC verification is complete. Make sure to submit your verification documents early to avoid any delays when you want to cash out your winings.
QQPH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion. These Terms apply generally, and specific promotion terms take precedence where there is any inconsistency.
Most bonuses at qqph are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount of real-money bets that must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
QQPH monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to access the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or collusion with other players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
QQPH reserves the right to amend, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform and registered email where possible, with reasonable notice.
All bets placed on the qqph platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager. QQPH cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases where an obvious technical error or system fault has occurred.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to a system error, typographical mistake, or data feed failure — qqph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance. This applies to all product categories including sports betting, live casino, and virtual sports.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all markets and games. These are visible within the game or betting interface. QQPH reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or payout for any individual player at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.
For sports betting markets, the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type are published in the sports betting section of the qqph platform. These rules govern how markets are settled in cases such as postponements, abandonments, or other exceptional circumstances.
QQPH is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. QQPH will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional material. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and access to the account is suspended for the requested period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the nominated period expires.

QQPH collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the qqph platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
QQPH uses your data to provide and improve the platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on the qqph platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and layout — is the property of qqph or its content and technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or create derivative works from anyqqph content without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqph is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or winings resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors outside of qqph's direct control.
QQPH does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. QQPH will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your qqph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
QQPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious misconduct, qqph may withold the balance pending investigation and reporting to relevant authorities.
Upon account closure, your access to the platform will be revoked. QQPH will retain your data for as long as required by applicable laws and regulations.
QQPH may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date at the top of the page.
